Mike and your team did an excellent job for me today. My engine was making a noise and a service rep took a ride with me to hear the noise, diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem. The 35000 mile checkup was completed and my car was ready for me to pick up in less than 4 hours. I had a loaner call and was able to run errands while this was going on. I am now ready to leave for a scheduled road trip to Reno tomorrow with no worries. This all occurred even though an emergency came up and I had to reschedule my initial appointment. Your team was able to fit me in and provide a loaner car. I am very thankful for the way you were able to meet my needs. This is my 4th Lexus and all of them have been purchased and serviced at Longo. Thank you for being a business who operates honestly and with integrity. As a widow with little knowledge of anything mechanical, who has been taken advantage of on occasion I always feel comfortable coming to you because of the trust you have built up with me over the years. Thank you so much!! Plus my car is clean.

I’m texting to complain. I’m really upset. You sent me a text saying the car was ready and we come to find out that the tail light was not replaced and we paid for that. This worries me now because I now question whether you guys really did anything all. How is it that the car can be returned and you see the tail light warning light is still on? Was a final checklist and review even done? Was the air bag and power steering pump really replaced? Was the oil change really done? I’m pretty upset because my wife has to go back tomorrow. And now I question the quality of your service. She will go back tomorrow and I would appreciate a complete check on all things that were suppose to done.
