Francis went above and beyond what I have experienced with any staff at Lexus since 2013. I had my car towed to Lexus on Sunday when the service department was closed. I was so nervous because my mom just came home from the hospital and this was my only car. I still needed to buy groceries and her meds and I work two jobs so I am so busy. My online appointment wasn’t until 3:45 pm on Monday and I expressed my concerns and need of a loaner car. By 7:15 am Monday he called me and arranged to pick me up via shuttle and was going to provide me with a loaner. By the time I got there, he already called me with the diagnosis of why my car wouldn’t start and I waited only about 15 minutes and it was as all done! I drove my own car out of there this morning! This is why I bought a new Lexus! I wanted a reliable car and a dealer who cares about their customers!! Thank you all so much!!!! ??????????People at work ask why I pay extra for service at Lexus when I can go else where for cheaper. I don’t want anyone touching my car except you guys! You take pride in your work and do it right! And care about your customers!! Thanks again!!!

Had a problem with the rubber seal on the driver seat door. The mentioned rubber had several tear on it and slowly disintegrating. Was told that this has been happening on several RX350 vehicles. This should be brought to the attention of Lexus Company for recommended fix or repair since the quality of the rubber materials are not good. This will be a major factor in buying a new vehicle if this is not fixed or properly attended to.

Incorrect and false information was provided at the time of scheduling the appointment. I was told that since I bought car from Longo, I can only leverage free service At Longo. Free service offer is from Lexus Financial Services and it can be leveraged at any dealership. Other incorrect information provided by your scheduler was that I have lost one service and I have till 03/28 to use the last service. I returned from Plano (Toyota) a day earlier and had to rush for this service.
