Frank was great! But the car wash service quality have deteriorated and I don’t know which ones are not as careful in handling my car. Every time I get service at longo lately, they would always leave a scratch on my car. Not sure if the technicians or washers or drivers that are not as respectful nor responsible in taking good care of your customers’ vehicle. This was not as bad as before. Maybe there needs to be more accountability from the drivers to the technicians and to the car washers. Good thing Frank was very patient and kind enough to clear it out with new technology compound. Hopefully you’ll be able to bring back the quality of care and consideration that longo Lexus used to deliver. Thank you!

I am not satisfied with returning the loan car . I spoke to the service representative, Jim if I can return the car next week because I am out of state for a business trip . He said no , and noticed me that I have to return the car within 24 hrs . So I have no choice , I had my wife to return the car! And my wife was taking her friend in hospital. I think this is ridiculously.
