Had my front tires replaced, and basic service check.
Everything was handled professionally and my car is in great working order.
Upon completion my car received complimentary cleaning inside and out.
The results were exceptional.

I came in on 5/8/18 for my first 5000 mile complimentary service in my Lexus rx350. My service consult Michael has been friendly and professional throughout my service. However, The service tech who I didn’t get the name of, handed me my keys after my service without telling me they have removed my floor mat to the trunk during my service. I didn’t realize my floor mat was missing until I was almost home. I called Michael right away with both the office number and mobile number with no answer. So I had to drive all the way back to longo to retrieve my floor mat that I thought was left it at the service department. If the service tech had mentioned my floor mat was placed in the trunk, This whole thing would have been avoided. Please train your techs to respect clients time and hope this will not happen again in the future

The Lexus Longo Representative was great. My car detail was good except that my rims were not completely clean. The inside of my rims were still dirty, my wheels were not completely detail as advertised.
