Frank from our first encounting has been professional and has gone the “extra” mile more the once for us. Also your Service Manager Clem (sorry can’t remember his sir name - but he is consistly smiling which is difficult when your assignment is to keep already dissatisfied customers happy. My nickname for him is “Smilely”) Clem once was able to get the Lexus representative to absorb a cost that we felt was too expensive. The dollar amount to Lexus was minimal but huge to us. This attitude and customer service reflex why Longo Lexus is Top Shelf among Lexus Dealerships. A constructive comment - I notice that there is a Damuma in one of the Manager’s Office with only one eye colored - know once the “target” is accomplish the second eye is colored in. Maybe someone should double check with headquarters as to what the original target was and if it has been accomplished - getting the second eye colored.
