My Lexus service experience with Mike E was a complete and total disaster. He is the worst service adviser I have ever dealt with at a Lexus dealer. He does not know the meaning of communication. I spoke with Clem from the service department and opened a ticket with Lexus. Adrian in the body shop also has a communitcation problem and I also felt disrespected when he made the statement “I don’t see why your so upset.” Lexus and Clem are also aware of his comment. The only good thing that came out of this experience is the fact that Clem was very helpful in taking control of the situation and getting the issues resolved!. Thanks Clem it is greatly appreciated!!

Eric was very professional and kept me informed of progress. I would have liked my courtesy vehicle to have been cleaned out and washed before it was issued to us, but we were impressed with the model and we are now considering a purchase. Because of the costs involved with this service, it would have been nice to receive a coupon or written offer of a future discount on some other service.
