A most amazing experience. From the time we checked in to the time we left we were treated with respect. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We did not have an appointment yet we were in and out in 1 & 1/2 hours. We enjoyed watching the service the service on our vehicle and the treats were a very nice touch. Kudos to our service representative - very friendly& knowledgeable in a very professional manner and demeanor. Bravo to all for a job very well done.

Mr Perez was great. However I would think that As long as you choose to itemize that someone checked for alignment of the floor mat st “no charge” don’t you think you could have vacuumed it ? Silly to put this “service” on a bill and to not at least give it a cursory vacuum ????????. Better to have ignored the mat all together instead of trying to “build” a list of alleged services for the expensive charges we incur.

Dropped off car before 8:30 am and was told car was ready at 5:30 pm. I picked it up after 6:15 pm due to my work schedule. Was told no complementry car wash when I picked up the car. Lot of time for a car wash. Small non rollable window in front not tinted. It is what it is.
