The service consultant didn't listen to me. He was just talking. He was not listening. He just checked the history of my car. Told me I need to do 60,000milage service. He asked me to sign the paper. He grabbed the paper and left the room and asked me to go to the car loaner desk.
When I was picking up my car, he ordered me to give him all 10s. At the end he lost my car key
