After checking the maintenance guidance and price on the Internet after I came home, I’m sure there are lots of labor that can be excluded from today’s 90000 miles service which can save me 400 dollars or more. However, during the consulting, you insisted that I should do the full service resulted in 800 dollars, regardless of my repetitive expression of my concern on reducing service items and price. I had trusted you, but the result turned out to disappointed me so much. Maybe you tried to deliver a good result in your perspective, but the customer’s feedback will be negative if you failed to listen to their words and concerns seriously.
