Hi, I took the car in for a smog check. I was told that it would take a couple of hours. I waited for 5 hours and did not hear back from anyone. I called 7 times on the main number and on the salesman's cell number and left messages but didn't get a call back. I called the main number and talked to someone in the office and finally got a call back from my salesman and he was trying to sell me some extra things. Smon check took 6 to 7 hours and no one appologized for that. Very unprofessional and rude.
