1. Waited 30 minutes for somebody to check me in when I arrived outside for my appointment
2. Waited 40 minutes to get my car back after taking the day longer than expected.
3. Seem like they were disconnects going on in the department about whether the car was ready or not so I just drove down to the location to find out

I called to make an appointment to get my tire fixed I was told i did not need an appointment I just should come in to the service desk. Because I didn’t have an appointment I ended up waiting three hours to get my tire fixed. Something is wrong with this picture. Not Gary’s fault he did a great job but was put in an awkward position by your telephone representative who spoke to me and told me I did not need an appointment.
