First of all, Melissa’s service was good, thank you!
Upon picking up the car, there were lots of white circle marks (probably from waxing, but they now look more like smudges). They are still hard to remove by now. Windshield was also very dirty and the windshield wiper marks were clearly on it(they must use it to clean the windo). We are very disappointed and unhappy with the "car wash/detailing service" provided by your car wash department/team.

Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at lexus service. Michael came right up to help me and had my paperwork ready to be signed before I could even find my insurance card. Right after that I had a loaner car ready to go. My car was ready at 445 so I went back to pick it up and while I was paying for my oil change the parts guy was already looking for my 60k service parts so I could bring them home with me to give to my mechanic husband. Michael mentioned my breaks were bad so I bought those too. All in all. Everyone was on it today! My car was clean and I swear i had more gas in my car. Very happy! Thank you lexus!
