James was nice and polite. However, it took 1.5-2 hours to do rear tire replacements. Average time it usually takes to get this done at Calderon is usually 30min for two wheels and at most in rare cases, an hour (and this also includes checking the tire pressures, etc). Getting this done at Lexus is not worth the wait and makes me skeptical if I got overcharged for this if the labor time was purposely prolonged (saw James return with food when I was walking to pick up my car after paying, which was less than 5 min after receiving the automatic text). If the delay was caused by a delivery, the customer should always be informed, but based on the conversation before initial work was done, the tires were in stock so there is no reason why changing TWO rear tires would take 1.5-2hrs.

A repair to my bumper that was done with the previous service needed to be redone: the paint started bubbling in just a few months.
I received a voice message on Thursday afternoon, 5/31,that my bumper repair would take additional days and I was informed to call back if I had questions. I called and emailed on 5/31. On the morning of 6/4 I hadn't yet received an email or call back, so I called again.I was told that my car was done.
When I went to pick my car up,the technician apologized. The car was dirty. It was washed after the service on 5/30, but must have sat outside for 5 days for the bumper repair. The technician very graciously offered to wash my car, but I didn't have 20 minutes to wait. I was promised that the car would be ready when I arrived to pick it up.
All in all,these aren't huge items, but they're not to the quality of service that I have known in the past decade of driving a Lexus.
