I had a great experience on your services on 6/7/2018. A couple years back I had a unpleasant experience at Lexus Stevens Creek Services that I wished I would never step in Lexus Stevens Creek for any service. However the courtesy Mr. Chavez showed to me made me feel I was a valued customer including asked a Uber for pickup to save my time in traffic hours and refilled full tank of gas for me. Thus, I am willing to re-consider the business with Lexus next time. Mr. Chavez had done an excellent job today. I wish Lexus Stevens Creek could maintain high quality service to all your valued customers.

We bought a brand new RXL one week ago but we found one of the tire was broken, which is not our fault. my wife took the car for repair, but Michael has a not good attitude to my wife and became very impatient when my wife decided not to pay for the fee to wait for me to come in. Fortunately, the manager Todd is very nice and professional and he took care of all the things with my car repaired. Overall I am satisfied with what Todd did.
