Not getting the right services as it supposed to be. Did not get update calls on the status of the car. I needed to call for the updates. Show no courtesy on why took so long to find the problem. This is not the experience that I had with Lexus before. They used to handle customers professionally and with courtesy. I am so sorry that I don’t have a good experience this time. We had a Lexus GS before and we traded that with RX 350. The GS was very reliable and never had any problems. But now, the RX is only been driven for 12,000 miles and already has the technology problem. Very disappointed.
