I was shuttled home and was told I was going to be picked up the next day at 12:30 PM. I never received a call about my pick up and had to take my own Uber at1 pm to pick up my car. My service consultant wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t really give me the experience I expected from Lexus.

I waited 3 hours to get service on a 10K + tire check, which was omitted at the time of service. Your system seems to require baby sitting. I'd just suggest you have two types of online appointments so that for those who choose to wait, the service would start within 30 min, at least for simple ones.
