A motion sensor went out on my car very recently. At 60k should be something I have to come out of pocket $750 to fix. 8:20am apt that was just for an oil change took way too long. I was quoted 2- 2 1/2 hours. And though you handed me my paper work at nearly 4pm, I waited outside for almost another 35 minutes as they were able to find my car. That over 8 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
