I dropped my vehicle off on Sat and picked it up on Monday. I was told by Adrian he would call me about the condition of my brakes. He never did. I called Monday afternoon only to be told he would call me back. Another service advisor called back and said the vehicle was ready. I asked about the brakes and they fell within spec so no need to service at this time. Once my wife paid for the service she waited 30 minutes for the Lexus after she was told the wait would be 2 minutes. She would have preferred being told the wait would be 20 or 30 minutes and she could have waited inside and watched tv. Instead she waited outside in the cold for that time because she kept being told it come right out. In the 15 years we’ve been coming to Stevens creek Lexus this is one of the worst experiences. Not being called back and especially the wait for my wife didn’t leave a great feeling. When my wife starts talking about buying our next vehicle this year at Mercedes Benz it concerns me. So I took the time to write. I’m sure this kind of goofy service isn’t what the Longos or Penskes had in mind. I think we’ll be mentioning something to Frank this time.
