May time the reception just told me waiting there and keep me waiting for such long while until I asked the front seat then I realized I was not told specifically for next step. This time when I dropped the loan car and the receptionist told me waiting again, after almost 30mons I asked the receptionist then she told me to check out at cashier, so bad customer service.
2. My car setting was changed and not restored every time after maintenance in Lexsus, I have to figure out what’s going on. It happened for every time.

Minh was great, keeping me on the status of the car. The Steven creek service was very organized from checking in to checking out. I did not have to wait too long which I appreciate it. And I didn’t have to wait too long for the loaner, either which is another great service. The place is very compliant with COVID.
