I was concerned with leak from my veh. I couldn’t tell it’s exact location but thought it was possibly associated with radiator. I contacted Ramsin with my concern . He advised me of his concerns if veh was to overheat and scheduled an immediate appt. not only did he get me in quickly he had the foresight to locate me a loaner in the event the veh would need time for service. Their was in fact an issue with radiator and he kept me abreast of the timeline to correct the prob. I have been a Repeat Lexus owner For the last 20 years and it’s because of the professional service provided by Ramsin that not only brings me back but allows me to promote Lexus to Family and friends. Great job Ramsin. Thank u for your efforts .
