Sophia was very friendly and helpful, professional. The young man that brought my car around for pickup was distracted and in a hurry, not professional. My car was warm, clean and filled with gas. There was a piece on my shifter that was not properly installed, since he had bolted I needed to figure out how to reinstall the piece.
