Charged us for 1/2 tank of gas on the loaner. We used less than a quarter tank and it was not full when we received it. The reason for the loaner was the faulty fuel pump recall. People are nice but it is faux service quality. High on hype lower on value... $400 oil change but we filled your tank, gave it a blam wash and over charged for gas in the loaner that was required by a recall. Wonder why Tesla is doing so well?? We have owned over 12 Lexus now and the faux factor increases a bit every year... We have has a Tesla for over five years at much lower cost of ownership. Wake up.
