There was only one thing I wanted to comment on. Carlos said the car would be ready between 2 PM and 2:30 PM. They close at 4o’clock and the loaner must be returned by then. As of 3:10 PM I had not yet heard from Carlos so I was thinking I would just drive back to the dealership and wait for my car. Instead I called him to find out if it was already done. The car needed a part and would not be ready until Tuesday. It was a good thing that I called him and didn’t go ahead and come down to the dealership. In the future I recommend calling people back by the time the car is expected to be done if the car cannot be finished that day otherwise they may make an unnecessary trip to the dealership to get a car that’s not yet ready.Otherwise everything was done very well and I was pleased with the service.
