1. When I got in the car and started it the radio blasted in a foreign language
2. There was a very dirty foot paper on the floor
3. There was plastic covers that I had to remove when I had no gloves available
4. The salesman made us feel like we were stupid for not buying everything he wanted to sell us.
5. Price for your service is very high
