Deep was a great communicator! He answered all my questions and was very accommodating. The team was very fast and efficient. The maintenance which was said to take at least 2 hours, was done in about an hour and a half. I would come here again, and speak to Deep again!

Mike Babcock immediately understood my situation, that this might be a warranty repair, or acr ed gular repair. Mechanic discovered that a previously installed Lexus part was defective. Mike called me back to say repair was covered under warranty and there would be no charge. I picked up my car and all was good. Very happy with prompt, professional and courteous service.
