Carlos is amazing , he is always making sure my husband and I are happy and he is always recommending the best for our car. Even my kids love to go to Lexus. I had my kids sleeping in the car and he helped me to finish to move the rest of my items to my car when my kids started to cry

Came by to pick up my car after returning the loaner today. Waited and waited at the lobby for my name to be called. I was the only one there. Finally I had to approach the clerk to find out my vehicle status. Seems like I was forgotten. Not considered to be service oriented.
When starting up my car, my vehicle radio was on full blast to a rap station. I don't listen to rap. A/C was on full blast. If your staff are to use my car for their comfort, at least put the station back to where it was, at the same volume including A/C setting. I never turn my A/C on max level. I don't think staff should be using customer's car for their pleasure. Is this standard practice? Not good.
