As per our discussion, I was not satisfied in the least with the communication during my current service. I was told my car would be ready Saturday morning after dropping it off on Friday. By Saturday late afternoon I had received no notification from Lexus and when I called was put on hold for a very long time and still got no resolution and was told I would receive a phone call. I waited till 5 o’clock and still received no phone call, at which point I called again. Again placed on hold for an extended period and then was told my car was finished and they were going to send it to be washed and I should come pick it up. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and it was now Saturday at after 5 o’clock. I had to cancel my dinner in order to come pick up my car. The communication usually with lexus is so good and this time was so lacking that I was very disappointed.
