I came little after 2pm for my scheduled appointment. And I was waiting outside for more than an hour waiting to see a service advisor. FInally I saw the service advisor around 3:40pm. What is the point of appointment then?
Also a minor quibble:
Looks like my car battery needed to be changed. But I felt pressured to make a decision to go ahead with battery replacement right in the moment. Just not a good experience.
