Annie was great! There was a problem with the appt I had and it was lost. However she didn’t let that stop her from taking care of me and got me right in and out. I appreciate how pleasant she was during my whole visit. 10 out of 10 service!

The last two or three times I’ve gotten my truck serviced I never receive the multi-point inspection report that I thought always happens? I’ve asked if there’s any preventative maintenance coming up that I should be expecting and get told no. Which seems a little odd to me, that service isn’t trying to sell me things haha. My truck is going to be coming up to 100k miles before my next service and the brakes have yet to be done? Surely the usual 30/60/90k (whatever the intervals) preventative service items on older cars become a thing of the past?
