Jon did a great job - I had been in several times before with this problem and of course the noise didn’t do it. Jon finally suggested that I leave the car with them till they could figure out the problem, great idea, left the car there a week and it took several days to figure it out. I had dealt with Jon when he worked at VW place and always was great to work with there. A great addition to your staff.
