Warranty issue was not addressed. A third party vendor failed to complete the service call needed done on my vehicle. I know have to bring it back in to the dealer or the vendors facility.

I appreciate the text message and phone call to notify me that my car was fixed and washed and ready for pickup. However, when we arrived the customer service lacked. We stood there as service person after service person passed us without asking if we had been helped and when Dennis finally approached us and guided us in the right direction we notified him that the car wasn't washed as the text message said it would, he commented that it should have been done and walked away. We went to the cashier to pay and asked for an itemized receipt which she said we couldn't receive until after we paid. When we went outside to pick up the car it still wasn't washed and when we asked the guy to wash it he said well there 8 cars in front of you you can wait if you want. Needless to say we were less than pleased with the customer service we received. After returning home we also noticed in the warranty paperwork that a shuttle service to and from was included in the services rendered to us. If your policy is to claim services to get extra money from corporate it only concerns us more that your dealership is not the place for our business.
