I didn't have my truck serviced today. I made the appointment to get a recall completed. When I called to make the appointment, the lady said that the recall needed to be done. Then I showed up for my appointment today and Mike said that the recall was already completed in Sept. I don't know why she told me to come in when it was already completed. Bad communication but Mike always does a good job and helps me when I come in.

The whole process was awesome , I couldn't take my car in Monday but I was able to leave it Sunday and drop my keys off in the drop box ... the next day I received updates about my car and it was ready by 2 !!! The girl at the front was very sweet and helpful and Dennis made everything easy too.. I would definitely recommend MK Smith to my friends and family :)
