I purchased my truck used on 12/19 & on 12/20 while my wife drove it to work a tire sensor light came on. I purchased the truck As-Is so MK Smith didn't have to fix truck without me paying full price.After explanation to rob he directed sales supervisor Curtis to call me. To my surprise he was going to pay half the cost of repairs. The service was done ina timely manner without any further issues. Rob spoke with Curtis further after he & I spoke and the service was done at no cost to me. Thank you MK SMITH!! Your truly 2nd to none!!!

Horrible customer service.My 2 year old son and I Waited over 4 hours even with appointment. Wasn't offered a shuttle until I inquired about the progress and being told it was going to be a coulpe more hours. Very short and rude service advisor.

Had been for six months with you need air in your right front tire which your service people were very nice to do. Thank you I'm 67 and have a compressor but getting up and down hurts. Yea a nail was found and removed this time so hope I won't see that light again. Very happy with the service and as always very happy with MKSmith!
