Chrysler: I first visited Motor Village Chrysler on Wednesday November 9th for a diagnostic test (check engine light). And during my initial visit and subsequent visit on Thursday November 10th, Rene House took the time to thoroughly review the results and recommendations with me. However, and unfortunately, it turns out that the issue with my car was not fully resolved. As such, I returned to MVC on Thursday December 1st. And once again, Rene ensured that the possible cause and repair recommendations were thoroughly explained (he even looped in the Service Manager Abraham). In short, the customer service and professionalism provided by Rene and the MVC team has been one-hundred percent genuine.

I was not satisfied with my service because I took my car in because of a light on the dashboard that turned on,and then was told that my car had been on an accident and body work was done to it. Initially the service rep said that waranty would cover the expenses,and later said due to the damage and body work done to my car I would have to pay out of pocket. My car has never had any body work nor has it been on an accident while on my ownership,and I purchased the car from Motor village. I have had this car for 18 months and I have not had any problems with it other than the recalls that its had,but overall I have not had any problem with it until now. This is actually the second car that I have from this dealer and I have never had a bad experience ever!!! I know that my car has warranty and the fact that I was told that it covers what needs to be fixed,makes me wonder why I have to pay out of pocket for bad body work that was done from the dealer that I purchased from,which would be Motor Village. From the carfax that was given to me when I purchased the car it does not state that ithad been on any accidents nor that body work had been done to it. I wished I woud have known this before I purchased this car and would have gone for another car. Its dissapointing to know how bad my service was. I hope that I can speak with a manager of this because its unfair to pay for "bad body work" that was done to the car. I have also taken it to 2 oil changes and never did someone mentioned that there was damaged to the car. I feel that someone took advanatge of me because I am a woman and would not know about cars. I do not want to go far into contacting consumer affairs because I will if my car is not fixed since it stil has warranty.

I was dissatisfied because I had a problem with my engine cap beign loose and when I received my car I checked it under the hood and it was loose again! And also, the workers seem to never be any help with letting me know any details of what was the problem with my car or any other details. They just hand me the receipt and the keys and when I ask questions I just get the run-around and they refer me to ask someone else.

Staff was very nice. Facilities were great. But I was quoted 49.95 for my oil change. When I showed up at the cashier, the total was 75.00. I paid anyway because I had to leave asap (I have been there for 1 hour and 40 minutes). I've talked to a service manager about it, who was going to adjust the amount, but nothing has happened so far.

Went to take my car for an oil change and there were 2 updates me thinking and asking if the car would be ready before 2pm being that I was there at 7am wasn't ready till 2:40pm so horrible
