I was supposed to have credit on my account as I was overcharged last time, but it wasn't on there. Not sure why, but usually the car is washed and vacuumed after the oil change, but this time it wasn't.
I do like the text messages to let me know when it is ready and the convenience of paying that way. Friendly staff!
