Jerry arranged for a driver for me back to my place of work, and as promised my truck that was recently purchased from Hawkins Chevrolet was delivered back to my parking spot by the end of the first phase of my work day. When I bought this vehicle about a year ago the back bumper hitch cover fell off in the parking lot. Your Service department zip tied it on as a quick fix. I wanted it fixed under warranty but was told it would cost 200 bucks out of my pocket. Aldo brought vehicle ip for free oil change I had, when I bought vehicle I was specifically told it had Synthetic oil in it. Oil change was a synthetic blend that I argued over. I drove from Sioux City area for crappy service after I purchased 2 vehicles in 2 years from you. Probably will not return after that BS....

Jerry heard how we were having to install new tires unexpectedly and that we really were hoping to get them installed as soon as possible so we could move our daughter to school with that vehicle.
