I commented immediately the same day of service and I hope that you received that comment but I can always repeat myself as I often do anyway????. The service is always great!! The staff is amazing. From George to the service check out person. All your employees smile and have a friendly greeting. I am happy that I purchased my car there. The salesman and the finance department were great I even played a prank on the salesman but he was a good sport about it and I am happy with my Escape that I purchased Dec 22, 2015 at 11pm after much negociating. So again ???? VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE????????????
