My overall all experience on a scale of 1-10 (10 being great) was about a 4. I had to call either daily or an every few days basis to find out/understand what was going on after I was told repeatedly I would be called with updates. Also, I had 2 recalls which only one was completed and had to wait (and still waiting) for the part to arrive that was supposedly ordered, however, this is now almost a month later. There is more but I'd prefer to speak to a Supervisor directly. Thanks Ms. Jones

The drop off process was seamless as well as the pick up process. I was grateful they got my servicing done within the same day. There was a discrepancy on my invoice that indicated my rotors were being resurfaced. But according to the conversation regarding the rotors, needing to be replaced. My expectation was that I would have new rotors. The price of the new rotors is on the invoice so I assume that I have new rotors. However, it's a little concerning when you see resurface on your invoice and you're charged for new rotors. Other than that it was a decent experience.

I Arrived at 10:20 for my 10:45 appointment and more then 3 hours later still not ready. I asked john about my vehicle and told him I have been here for three hours and he just shrugged his shoulders. I was the only person in the waiting room for over two hours. . The cashier walked past several times in the waiting room never to say good morning, good afternoon or good evening. When time to settle the bill she would not even look my in my face. Told her the address and number was wrong and she told me tell them to do it next time and waved me off. Smh Mean, miserable people working at this dealership. I even told old the cashier the address and number was incorrect on my invoice. She told me to do it next time
