The check-in process was efficient and simple. It was estimated that the repair would take an hour and a half, but it was done in an hour. I received both a text and a phone call to notify my that the car was ready. Picking it up was likewise very fast and easy. Every staff person with whom I interacted with professional, yet friendly. Went in for an ongoing problem with my backup camera and radio. They switched out my radio but didn't have the back up camera guy on site to fix back up camera. This is the 4th time I have come in regarding this issue to go home with nothing resolved. Still no back up camera and my new radio/navigation is still not working correctly. Seems as if the backup camera that your company installed is not compatible with radio/navigation system.... extremely frustrating when I paid extra for features that do not work due to your company's installation. Also I was told this would take 2 hours tops I was there for 4.5 hours...
