I called the day before and was told no appointment was necessary. Arrived about 7:15 am, my car was leaking from inside the right front tire. It was determined to be the shock, was told had to go get one and then install it. They were not finished until 4:30. That seems like an extremely long time to have a customer wait for a simple shock exchange. The car is only 1 year old. Have had much better service on our other vehicle at another dealer (not Dodge)
