Two items I am not pleased with:
1- the hood of the engine has several inches of rubber sealant protruding on the left front, after it was closed; it was not like this prior to the service being done.
2- The car was not washed after being serviced. I don't know who's responsible for checking the cars after service is completed to make sure all is well with the
car. I assume someone does.
