Vince is a very valuable part of the Sierra experience. From the initial phone contact to the initial in person greeting, to the contacts and the delievery of the vehicle. Customer Service is very important to me and Vince delivered. We/You need more team members like Vince. Keep an eye on him and you will see he is different and special.
