We walked over to her desk, went over my vehicle concerns, she presented an estimate labor quote, a shuttle to drive me home and promised to provide phone updates on my vehicle. Vince was very professional, answer most of the questions we ask BUT the technician scratched our finish on our dash trim piece. Still waiting for someone to contact us to get it replace, keep in mind it’s a 2020 Odyssey Touiring van with under 3500 miles and been to the dealership 3 times already for the radio/entertainment system. Not happy with the service technicians they need more training.
