Billy was amazingly patient and accommodating. I don’t know much, or really anything, about cars, he was extremely understanding and explained things to me in full detail things going on with my car, that quite frankly, at other dealerships, people brush past me with experience terminology, hoping I don’t question it. I’m very grateful to him for that, and his compassion for the situation, as is my mom, since she didn’t have the time to help me with the issue. He’s an awesome rep, and if there were more people like him, I wouldn’t dread going to dealerships or mechanics. Thanks a lot, Billy!
