Bait and switch, I called twice and ask if a alternator noise was covered in the extended warrant, was told it was, twice. Made an appointment and was then told the part was not covered. The part turned out to be a belt tensioner. It was not covered. If it would have been the alternator, it would not have been covered and they new it.
Bad business practice.
