Our service representative Jonathan Brewer was excellent no complaints with him, however when we arrived at Honda to pick up our car , someone from the service department had our keys in there pocket, so we waited for a good 10 minutes before he returned with the keys. Then the car was brought to us and my husband got in to leave and there were no keys in the car so we had to track down the young man that brought it to us again to get the keys from him.
