Dave's service and advice is always appreciated. He represents Honda Surprise well. I was a bit disappointed when I got home to find that after spending most of the day under my hood the technician couldn't find a few minutes to wipe the dirt and dust off the top engine covers that he had handled all day. It would have been the polish on my $2000 maintenance job and would have sent a message that the mechanic took pride in his work. Small thing that took me about 5 minutes to resolve in my garage.
