David is always very happy and nice when I bring my vehicle in for service. You can tell he is proud to work for Honda and wants each customer to be completely satisfied with service. Service was performed according to recall. He asked if I wanted a car wash and I said yes. The car came back dirty and not washed. He immediately rectified it and called lot attendant to run it through wash. Had I not noticed, it would have been returned unwashed. Probably not a service representative problem but who accepts responsibility for this and how do you prevent it from happenening to the next customer?
