I’m very satisfied with most of the experience. The only glitch was that when I came to pick up my car through the service entrance, all the people working there appeared busy with someone or on the computer and did not acknowledge my presence. I assumed they were busy and waited for someone to finish with a client, which happened but I was still not acknowledged for a couple minutes until another service rep came and said something like “you’re being helped aren’t you?” I said no and he asked my last name and paged the person who came soon. He was great! The car is fixed. I’m sure all the reps are busy but it would be nice if the culture was to greet everyone who enters the door rather than assuming they are being helped by someone else or with someone else. I rate the overall experience as very good, just not perfect.
