I’m happy with the service, but disappointed in the warranty protection I purchased for “anything that happens to the interior will be covered policy” well apparently that excludes the floor mats. I won’t be purchasing the warranty on any other cars, as I was warned against it, but went against my gut and purchased it anyway.
